Not too long afterwards the business joined with Accurate DNA Testing to become Jacksonville’s leader in offering DNA paternity testing to anyone in need. We are proud to announce that today the company has evolved into a preferred provider for drug screening, phlebotomy, DNA and now as a LiveScan service provider. Everyone at Dr’s Choice First is excited for the opportunity to be your choice for life’s modern-day testing needs. Dr’s Choice First is a FDLE approved LiveScan service provider. Level 2 background checks are required for many jobs in the state of Florida and must be submitted electronically to the FBI. We are photo capable as well and can submit your picture to the Clearinghouse if required by your agency. Each agency has their own ORI number and should be provided to us when coming in to be fingerprinted. We provide mobile services with homebound, disabled, and limited mobility patients in mind. However, many people with busy schedules have also enjoyed the convenience of our on-location services. For further convenience, we offer contract options to insurance companies, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and government agencies. Forensic urine drug testing can be used by companies for pre-employment, randoms and reasonable suspicion. Our Jacksonville, FL office accepts walk-ins for drug testing and is DOT compliant and certified. We are also a Quest Preferred Collection Site. We offer 5 panel and 10 panel drug tests with oxycodone and suboxone as well as hair drug testing.
