Ashton is an alumni of Mariner High School in Cape Coral and attended Edison College (now Florida SouthWestern State College), Hodges University and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Ashton completed his Clinical Internship Program at the Palmer Chiropractic Clinic in Port Orange. While completing his Chiropractic degree, Dr. Ashton volunteered at Port Orange Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehab Center, helping those with drug addictions and HIV. Prior to becoming a Chiropractor, Dr. Ashton was a Personal Trainer where he focused on creating customized health and wellness plans to help his clients achieve their fitness goals. Dr. Ashton also has formal training in Gymnastics and Martial Arts and attained a 1st Degree Black Belt. When Ashton isn’t in his office treating patients, you will likely find him on the water fishing and free-diving. A fun fact about Ashton – his record breath hold is 6 minutes! “I was actually first introduced to Chiropractic when I was about 6 years old. My family was anchored off the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean, where I saw a chiropractor adjusting local islanders on his yacht. I noticed all the people lined up to see this doctor looked like they were in pain and pretty unhappy. Then, and this is what stuck with me all these years, after the islanders were adjusted they suddenly had smiles on their faces and a bit of a pep in their step. After seeing that, I knew I wanted to be just like that guy (the Chiropractor), where I could help people in pain with just my hands.” -Dr. Ashton Begg Sierra is an alumni of Ida Baker High School in Cape Coral, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Hodges University and earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Sierra completed her Clinical Internship Program at the Palmer Chiropractic Clinic in Port Orange. While completing her Chiropractic degree, Dr. Sierra traveled to a clinic based in Fiji to treat and educate locals on the benefits of chiropractic care. Dr. Sierra also has formal training in Gymnastics and Martial Arts. Dr. Sierra has a passion for the wellness care and treatment for all members of the family, at any age or phase of life. When Dr. Sierra isn’t in the office, you will most likely find her sailing, fishing or doing yoga on her paddle board – yes she can do a head stand on her paddleboard! My girlfriend recently had carpal tunnel surgery in NY. She has been in unbearable pain and physical therapy was not helping. We were on vacation in Cape Coral and saw the SOS add for laser therapy. We took a chance and came in to see Dr Ashton Begg. It has turned out to be almost too good to be true. Dr. Ashton explained in detail what he found after looking at Sues hand. He recommended a plan of attack. After one laser treatment she felt better than any day since the surgery. The range of motion has increased and pain has decreased. Dr. Ashton has made time for two more treatments before we return to NY. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate Dr. Ashton as a 50. I wish we could take him home with us back to NY. He’s awesome. Thanks again Dr. Ashton!! I can not say enough good things about Dr Begg and his practice. Very professional and he has fixed my aches and pains! DR. Begg is one of the best doctors around. I was in so much pain from an accident and he resolved every bit of pain in my body. He knows what he is doing and cares about his patients! Great service! Always a welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful business and definitely superior experience!! DR BEGG IS TOP OF THE LINE IN MY BOOK. HE HAS GONE OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP MYSELF AND MY WIFE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH PAIN AND NUMBNESS GO SEE HIM FIRST. BEFORE OTHER DR’S HIT YOU WITH MEDS THAT CAUSE OTHER PROBLEMS. Dr Begg and Chiropractic has helped my wife who suffers from migraines cope and now doesn’t have them as frequently. Absolutely love Dr. Begg ! I’ve had neck issues for years and he has helped so much!! Definitely make and appointment you won’t regret it for a second. What a wonderful Doctor. Love Dr. Beggs, he is understanding and compassionate. Listens to you, about your aches and pains and works out a plan to fix them. And then does fix them.
