Bill Downs Auction Service is now owned and operated by Larry and Debi Downs, (dba; downsauction.com) and is still  “Committed to Excellence” just as the company started in 1979. Since taking over in 2001, Downsauction.com has specialized in the Estate, Real Estate and Business Liquidation auctions. Most recently Downs Realty LLC was launched to better serve the growing market of real estate auctions. Downsauction.com will continue to be a family based business helping other families through changing times. Since 1979 my family has served southwest Idaho and neighboring states as a full service auction company. My father, Bill Downs had a vision to help others in need by offering courteous and professional solutions to families facing the unknown in handling estate matters. The commitment to excellence has continued since my father retired and my wife and I bought the family business in 2001. Now marketing the business as DOWNSAUCTION.com, specializing in estate and real estate auctions, keeping the same values in place.
