About Doug Boese LLC starting with cleaning pools to establishing his own company. This vast experience from the ground up has made him an expert in all aspects from troubleshooting equipment problems to state of the art automation to construction knowledge which supersedes that of much of the “competition”. Doug Boese LLC is proud to be a member of the following organizations. The Genesis 3 Design Group provides an international forum for continuing education and the establishment of higher standards in watershape design and construction. Students of Genesis 3 have committed themselves to superior levels of design, architecture, hydraulics, and client interaction. The Florida Swimming Pool Association serves as the coordinating organization for 16 local FSPA Chapters. FSPA provides government relations representation on behalf of its members to the Florida Building Commission and the Construction Industry Licensing Board as well as other legislative bodies that regulate the swimming pool industry in Florida such as the Department of Health. The Association provides educational courses for industry professionals, produces an annual industry trade show, and acts as the consumer resource for finding reliable professionals in the swimming pool industry. While in school, Doug worked as a Lifeguard & Managed a swimming pool complex.
