Welcome to Anta's Fitness and Self Defense the areas leader in martial arts education and fitness. We are an award winning family ran and oriented martial arts and fitness center changing lives in the City of Doral (Miami) since 1998. Anta's Fitness and Self Defense is where East meets West and the bridge between traditional and contemporary martial arts and fitness. Anta's Jeet Kune Do/Kung Fu programs are the fusion of "old school" training, attitude, power and discipline, combined with a "cutting edge" scientific modern results oriented, tested and proven curriculum. Anta's Martial Arts Kids program is a combination Judokickbox, Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Kung Fu, reality based self defense, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling. This is a martial arts child educational program. Also included in our children's program is the SuperFit Kidz (weight reduction and fitness for kids) program. Julio Anta also developed a complete anti-bullying program that he calls "Art of Fighting without Fighting Anti-Bullying We are a Community Safe School. A Community Safe School is a proactive network of martial arts schools dedicated to the prevention of personal safety and wellness issues such as bullying, child abuse, abduction, drug abuse, obesity, fitness, nutrition, violence and crime. We develop unique and effective free community service educational and fitness workshops and seminars. We perform at and conduct numerous events for charities and for at risk children. We are a Survival School we teach basic pistol classes, Cancelled Weapon License, tactical pistol and rifle. Our instructors are NRA certified. We teach workshops in center terrorism, active shooter, car jacking and gun retention. All Martial Arts schools (Karate, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu) are not created equal. Our goal is to provide students the highest quality martial arts instruction available in a safe and positive learning environment that students 3 to 93 can enjoy. Our kids program is a mixed martial arts child development program consisting of a functional self defense, kung fu, Jeet Kune Do, kickboxing, anti-bullying, child safety, confidence building reality based MMA sparring (stand up and ground fighting) in a safe environment. For adults we teach martial arts that will help you survive a street encounter such as Krav Maga, Jeet Kune Do, and Muay Thai kickboxing in a safe environment. We are a survival school teaching counter terrorism, active shooter defense, anti-car jacking, basic and tactical shooting. We also have award winning fitness bootcamp programs.
