Called Doorability and Dave and his wife responded in about an hour even though I told him there was no need to rush. Originally only hoping to need springs replaced but also needed bearings. Dave and his wife were incredibly nice and replaced springs and bearings for the price others wanted just for spring replacement. In about an hour I had a working garage door. I would definitely recommend them for your garage door needs. that needed attention. After calling for service from Precision Door I got a technician to came out and looked at the door. I've already mentioned to the scheduler what was needed. They say they will do the job by next week......So I gave DoorAbility a call. Anthony came, looked at it and not only he install a new opener, but he was able to repair the dent at no cost from his boss. Saved me a bunch of $$$ and time!!!!! I was very happy with the service and attention to customer's need. Was even happier to pay for the work since company is owned by US Veteran. I'm a Vet as well.
