Head Business Development - America’s Brian leads the Americas Business Development Team as they work to meet the resourcing needs of the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries. Since 1997, DOCS has been at the forefront in enabling sponsors to grow their development capacity through traditional contract staffing solutions, and now lead the industry in providing flexible strategic resourcing models such as Functional Service Provision (FSP). . Previously, Brian brought his extensive experience in the establishment and operation of Strategic Partnership models to PAREXEL, where for three years he managed the BD activities for one of the company’s top three partner accounts. Prior to joining PAREXEL, he spent nine years at Quintiles managing the Business Development teams for the Phase I, Clinical Pharmacology, and Cardiovascular Safety groups. Earlier in his time there, he was also responsible for the Global IVR Sales group, and was on the leadership team that launched Cenduit, a joint venture with Thermo Fisher for IVR services. Brian received a double bachelor’s degree in biology and philosophy from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, and received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool.
