Doc Delano Consulting Doc Delano LLC is a small business consulting firm founded by  Wall Street banker Richard Delano Easton. We specialize in advising business leaders on personnel decisions, teamwork and motivation strategies.  ​Business and finance came easily to Doc even though he studied neither in college. The lure of easy money lead him to Wall Street where he founded a mortgage bank and M&A advisory firm.
