Andy has been my personal trainer for the past few weeks and I wasn't really sure what to expect. I've never worked with a personal trainer because I always thought that it was for people who didn't know how to push themselves... well, I was wrong. I had a broken ankle and never fully recovered even though I went to all of my physical therapy sessions and excelled in them. I told Andy the extent of my injury and showed him the x-rays and from there he created workout plans specifically with my weakened ankle in mind. His warmups were more of a workout then my entire physical therapy training sessions and best of all, my entire body was sore, except my ankle, even though many of the exercises we did worked to strengthen my ankle. After just 4 sessions in 2 weeks, I've gained (I weighed 126 lbs and I'm 5'4) 4lbs of muscle simply from calisthenic exercises done in an outdoor park. He's great at pushing me to do more, showing me new exercises and teaching me proper technique so I don't hurt myself. I have 100% confidence in Andy and his abilities to help anyone with a willingness to improve one’s life.
