Although Richard only recently joined the Distinguished Homes Realty team as a Full Time Sales Associate, he is not new to the Company, or the Industry. Richard developed a passion for Real Estate early on and has worked both individually, and together with family members, as an Active DHR Investor Client. He completed a detailed Real Estate Sales and Property Management Internship with DHR in the summer of 2013, successfully passing his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license exam during that period. He will work closely with Investor and Coastal Clients at Distinguished Homes Realty LLC. Richard is a full time resident of the Hammock in Palm Coast, Florida. He is a graduate from Old Dominion University with a degree in Finance. Born and raised in Saint Augustine, Pauline entered the work world as a dental assistant, who quickly earned the trust and confidence of her patients. Her entrepreneurial spirit eventually led to the co-ownership of Affordable Building Contractors, a $5M land development organization, established in 2005. In addition to handling the daily operations of their office, Pauline was also Property Manager of approximately 100 homes. She moved to Palm Coast in 2015 as Property Manager for Gurell Land Management. With a keen eye for property investment and home improvement, Pauline now offers her skills and experience to buyers/sellers with Distinguished Homes Realty, LLC. As a native New Yorker, Sonia began her career on Wall Street at Chemical Bank, receiving an “Outstanding Customer Service” award her first year. In 1993, she traded in her boots for a pair of sandals and made Florida her home. An avid sports fan, Sonia worked for the Miami Heat as an Executive Assistant supporting the CFO and General Counsel during the construction of the American Airlines Arena. In 2003, she followed her husband and his work to Raleigh, North Carolina, where she joined a Start-up Research & Development company with responsibility for their $23 million-dollar budget. In 2010, she moved onto the Duke University-Duke University Health Systems team, supporting the Vice Chancellor, Direct of Genome, and subsequently the Office of the Chancellor. Sonia returned to Florida in 2014 and now resides in Palm Coast with her husband and daughter. Sonia is also fluent in Spanish and as such, will be there to assist our Spanish speaking clients along every step of the way in their successful search for their forever home.
