Dirt Dobber Construction Dirt Dobber Construction Dirt Dobber Construction is a mobile contracting company serving central Florida. All of our work is performed on property owned by others, so we prefer to meet potential residential customers on the property where the work will be performed. This lets us look at the property and makes it more convenient for the owner that wants to improve their property. We are a small company located in the Orlando, Florida area. We started business on May 5, 2008 as a painting contractor focusing on residential painting and home repairs that we could legally perform. In 2010, we decided we would like to provide more services to our customers. In order to expand our scope of work, we chose to apply for a Florida state certified contractor license. On January 31, 2011, we changed our business structure from doing business as a sole proprietor to operating under Dirt Dobber Construction, LLC. Dirt Dobber Construction, LLC is a Florida limited liability company that is certified by the State of Florida, on June 3, 2011. This license allows us to perform work in all parts of Florida that is within the scope of our license. Our current goal is to focus on commercial and residential services for aquatic vessels including swimming pools, spas, fountains, and ponds. We still provide painting services and some home repairs when requested.
