He called it a “law factory” bringing efficiencies to bear by using as much technology as was available. While practicing law full time, Bert served as the Chief Operating Officer of a publishing company overseeing its migration from analog to digital versions of its publications. Bert co-founded LifeFiles.com; an internet strategy (on-line remembrance) for funeral homes, hospice providers and cemeteries serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances. Since early 2010, Bert has directed his focus and talents to providing cutting-edge back office support services to both consumer and commercial debt settlement providers. His extraordinary success in this regard stems from a unique experiential history, his qualifications, and a combination of personal characteristics. COO - Digital Mediation Group LLC Dan has three decades of experience in managing and developing small to mid- size businesses. Dan has a deep Financial Industry background. He has held licenses as a Stock Broker and Mortgage Broker and holding Senior management positions at large financial Institutions. Dan’s main concentration has always been technology and its impact on improving all aspects of operations with a focus on Client Services and enterprise growth. Dan is also Chief Operation Officer of The Oliver Law Group, P.A., which specializes in providing back office support services to debt relief providers. Chief Business Development Officer - Digital Mediation Group LLC Mr. Hendrix is a partner focusing on strategic relationships and business development with Digital Mediation Group. Digital Mediation Group is a start up located in Southern Florida assembling industry experience and licensed technology providers. With years of experience in the debt recovery and credit services markets, Mr. Hendrix understands collection mediation software as a market game changer for the collection market. Mr. Hendrix was previously Co-Founder and CEO of Global Holding’s and maintains ownership in the company. Global Client Solutions, a division of Global Holdings, is the largest account management processing company in the debt settlement industry, operating since 2003. Global continues to deliver a robust settlement engine to hundreds of companies. Mr. Hendrix has been active in the debt settlement industry for many years having leadership roles in AFCC and a board member of USOBA. Prior to starting Global in 2003, Mr. Hendrix worked approximately 20 years in Executive Sales and Management of the telecommunications industry with companies such as Nortel and Lucent Technologies. This highly technical management background allowed Global Holdings to be an industry leader in financial processing. He and Angela, his wife of 25 years, reside in Boca Raton, Florida.
