During Kyle's time as the Vice President of Advancement at the Union Gospel Mission of Salem (UGM), he managed a $3,000,000 annual fund, 3.5 full-time staff, a direct mail vendor, two major fundraising events, quarterly planned giving seminars, and oversaw a volunteer program which annually engaged 1,600 volunteers. From 2001 to 2010, Kyle served as Team Leader with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at Sacramento State and San Francisco State University.
