To order whitening services for in-office or a group session, an appointment is mandatory! Please use our contact form to request the date and time of your choice. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment and send you payment information. Your invoice must be PAID to schedule services. If your invoice is not paid by the date marked on your invoice, you will forfeit the date selected.
