She has been the director of legal services and executive director of two of the largest adoption agencies in Florida. In 2012, Tammi opened her own law practice to focus exclusively on adoption law, including representing Destiny Adoption Services.
After eight years of experience in social work and coordinating adoptions in the foster care system, Kristen appreciates the privilege to help children enter the world and match them with a family, who can help them thrive from day one. She also enjoys being able to provide post-adoption support to birth parents to offer hope and healing.
Robyn is responsible for marketing initiatives and community relations. As a mother of two, she is dedicated to promoting the message of adoption and finding forever homes for children. Her background in childcare gave her a firsthand look at how special family is. At Destiny Adoption, she’s found a place where she can put her heart into her work.
Caterina is responsible for the operation of the four Destiny Adoption Services offices located in St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park and Sarasota, FL and Knoxville, TN. Eileen provides clinical counseling to support birth parents and adoptive parents through their adoption journeys. She also works with prospective adoptive parents to complete their home studies prior to adoption. After, she provides post-placement supervision when babies go home with their adoptive families.
Working as an adoption counselor for more than ten years, Eileen began counseling children, who were adopted through the foster care system. She helped them to process their grief and trauma and educated and counseled the children’s adoptive parents. Soon after, she began counseling birth parents through their adoption plans.
Her experience allows her to apply the knowledge and experience she gained, when first working with adoptees, and use it to help educate prospective adoptive parents. Eileen has a degree in psychology and a master’s degree in health science in rehabilitation counseling from the University of Florida. She is also a certified rehabilitation counselor.
