This concept has been confirmed with studies made by the USTA together with the American College of Medicine which indicates that playing tennis at least twice a week will provide a healthy cardiac range particularly over 40 years of age.
We are convinced that Institutions were born to integrate individuals who have a common objective, purpose or language; ours is Tennis. That is why we have the Seascape's Destin Tennis Club at a beautiful resort setting on the Florida Northwest coast where thousands have choosen to "live" this sport.
