We perform all of our own work. There may be situations where the homeowner asks for work outside of the scope of our license. In these cases we will refer companies that are properly licensed to perform the scope of work required; however, we will never subcontract work that we have agreed to perform. As with any project, we encountered challenges that were swiftly overcome by this group while maintaining an impressive work flow. Destin Roofing was dependable and stood by their warranty after a complete tear-off of tile roofing and a subsequent leak occurred. They fixed the lead even though it was caused by another trade on the job site. Their technicians are top-notch professional and knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. I recommend Destin to anyone wanting complicated and complete roofing repairs or replacement. Very prompt in contacting and remaining in touch. After estimate returned, was expecting to be called in few days to have date scheduled for repairs. Instead, 2 days after returning estimate (and on the weekend) someone from Destin Roofing knocked on our door. Said he had just finished a job nearby and thought he’d swing by to get started on our roof. Roof repaired over the weekend which was fabulous as this occurred just before heavy rains hit our area. Great job, great service, would definitely use them again and highly recommend. Very professional on all levels. They showed up and were working no later than 8 am and did not leave until well after 4 pm. They completed the roof replacement in 2 days and did a great job cleaning up the mess.
