Our Mission Design Week Tallahassee aims to educate, inspire, and connect designers in the Tallahassee community through a week-long series of art & tech events. A week of creativity, conversation and learning, Design Week Tallahassee is an annual 7-day event that welcomes designers of all levels. The festivities include guest speakers, workshops and social events. In line with our goal to make the events accessible to all, workshops will be offered at low-cost to participants and social events will be free. Design Week Tallahassee was started in 2016 by designer Stephanie Irigoyen in partnership with the start-up incubator, Domi Station. Stephanie is a designer, skater girl, and donut addict. Currently residing in Tallahassee, FL, she is a media specialist for the Florida Center for Interactive Media. Founder of Design Week Tallahassee, she believes strongly in community and in building a better city for yourselves. Brian is a military veteran and highly sought-after Business Strategist with over 13 years of experience in branding, design, marketing, business development, information technology and communications. Mr. Wyatt is the founding President and CEO of B-EZ Graphix, a certified Veteran and Minority-owned marketing agency in Tallahassee with a strong social focus. His design philosophy is centered on the idea that “design creates usability, without usability it is just art.” Sabrina is the Director of Community at Domi Station. She has a background in Advertising and Graphic Design and is a Florida State University alumni. Sabrina is passionate about art as a means of communications and has a deep interest in film. Through her work at Domi, she is driven to create a stronger startup community in Tallahassee and provide an inclusive environment for all entrepreneurs in the South East. Ayana is a lover of design pushing pixels in sunny Orlando, Florida. As a designer at Envy Labs, she works closely with clients to turn their ideas into successful web products. In her free time, she can be found working to spotlight members of her local design community at Orlando Creators, listening to the Hamilton soundtrack on repeat, or consuming copious amounts of Netflix and ice cream with her husband.
