Shanna Bender, owner and Design Principle of Design Studio 15, specializes in international & residential interiors, offering a wide array of professional services for private and investment properties. Shanna’s experience includes interior design, turnkey furnishing packages, construction specifications, and remodeling. Shanna is affluent in working with clients throughout the world, with more than one hundred international clients on over four hundred projects. Franky Hernandez was born in Miami Beach and grew up in Winter Park, Florida. During the completion of his degree at Seminole State College of Florida, design concept development, historic interiors, and 3D rendering were favorite areas of study. Franky worked internships with an architect as well as with Design Studio 15, where he gained tremendous insight into large-scale, full-service interior design projects. After graduating, Franky worked in a design studio for a local homebuilder gaining extensive experience in the design process working face-to-face with clients to develop color schemes and select interior finishes, in addition to designing new model homes. His education, work experience, and travels provide him with a unique outlook on interiors and the built environment. Kelly has been doing Interior Design for both hospitality and residential clients since 2011, after receiving Bachelor's Degrees from UCF as well as the International Academy of Design and Technology. She achieved her Interior Design Certification 2016, which serves as the highest standard of competency for Interior Designers. Kelly has had the opportunity to work with a few different firms in the Orlando area on restaurants, clubhouses, senior living facilities, offices, and model home staging but high-end residential spaces are where her passion lies. She has dreamt of being a designer since she was little and considers herself extremely lucky to be able to do what she is so passionate about, every day. She is a native of Orlando and has two beautiful children, Gage & Gavin, with her husband Matt, who keep her very busy outside of the office! BUSINESS ACCOUNT / CLIENT RELATIONSHIP Native from South Florida, Danielle comes from an extensive corporate account and relationship management background.  She attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications. From there, she quickly became a lead Account Executive in the Advertising and Marketing agency industry. She has worked with very well known clients including Atlantis Paradise Island and The J.M.Smucker Company. Working with clients of all sizes has allowed Danielle to truly understand what DS15 clients need and expect. She is extremely detail oriented and enjoys client service. As she enters into the world of Interior Design, she has become more involved in organization events through AIBD, ASID and SDA. Christine was born in Chicago and grew up in Central Florida from a young age. She received her Bachelors degree in Interior Design from Seminole State College of Florida. Christine excelled in studies involved in Survey of Materials, Historic Preservation, as well as Design Principles. Not only did she gain design experience from interning with DS15, she has also worked in kitchen & bath companies, and furniture restoration. She has an extensive work history in customer service and retail. Her broad background gives her a well rounded understanding in all aspects of design, as well as skills needed for in-house business responsibilities. She loves to jump in and help where ever she is needed. Making her a perfect fit for DS15's Design Expeditor.
