Design on the Gulf, an Interior Design haven, was opened in 2003. Gracie and Zelda welcome each customer with warmth and enthusiasm as much as our staff! A custum Rug Gallery features hand loomed wool and cotton reversible rugs. In 2003, Dale Trice entered a venture with Barrier Island to design a collection of striped rugs which today feature over sixty colors.The hand loomed rugs are offered in most standard sizes. We encourage Interior Designers to design their own rug in any geometric pattern. Our retail specialist will be pleased to provide a quote. Design on the Gulf feature Stone Mantels from Francois and Company, Juliska and Atticus Home tableware and accessories, custom upholstery, antiques, lighting and original artwork. Whether traveling through Europe or the Middle East, our sources are extensive and our inventory turns quickly. One of a kind architectural elements are an inspiration that Mr Trice is consistently researching for using not only with his interior design clients, but with each Design customer. Design on the Gulf has been featured in numerous publications and prides itself on continued growth and well defined customer service, as it has grown over the past twelve years.
