We have 65 years of construction experience. We do construction in Miami-Dade county and as far north as St. Lucie county.  We make continueing strides to keep current with product approvals and code changes. By knowing the codes we can be confident in permitting our jobs. We can also help with permits, that already have existing jobs completed by another party, in which proper avenues were not taken.  We can also takeover construction work started by a third party that has failed or skipped out on their obligation to the homeowner.  We are also skilled at starting from ground-up for a customized look or something simple and affordable.  We must not fail in reminding our customers that construction can be done in a timely manner but it is a process, and all owners and workers follow a chain of command.  Sometimes during the construction process their can be unforseen situations that arise, but with patience these things can be dealt with. We are at the mercy of the building departments and inspectors, so we must accomodate and comply with inspections and all standards that are asked of us in completing a construction job.  It brings great joy to us that our customers are happy with their home improvement and feel that their money was well spent. We pride ourselves in being honest and trust worthy, doing a great job and meeting our obligation so that all parties involved are satisfied.
