She believes in building a relationship with clients, and in doing so, gaining insight into each individual’s strengths and growth opportunities. She doesn’t focus on calories or numbers, rather achieving a healthy balanced relationship with food, exercise and their bodies.
Lauren’s philosophy in counseling puts emphasis on treating the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. She provides significant attention and energy into her clients both in session and outside of session. Lauren works with both adolescents and adults with a broad spectrum of diagnoses and struggles, such as personality disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, problems adjusting, and skills coaching. In addition to individual treatment, she runs several therapeutic groups treating both adults and adolescents.
Shyla’s direct and compassionate therapeutic approach helps clients achieve results they are seeking. She brings over ten years of experience to The Delray Center helping those seeking assistance with mood disorders, substance abuse, personality disorders and interpersonal and family issues. Shyla provides individual, family and group psychotherapy to adults and older adults and currently directs group psychotherapy specializing in recovery, codependency and older women’s issues at The Delray Center. Shyla is a Medicare provider.
Anthony has dedicated his professional life to helping people and professionals find fulfillment and navigate significant life changes. He works with adults of all ages treating in the areas of depression, anxiety, substance abuse recovery, grief/loss, life transitions, and healthy relationships. In addition to individual and couples therapy, Anthony facilitates group sessions focused on expressive outlets, men’s issues and leads DBT Skills classes. He has over 10 years of experience in the field and is a Medicare provider.
Kellie’s professional life is dedicated to working with adults, children and families in varying stages of life challenges. Her professional experience in hospital, hospice and private practice settings has shaped her compassionate approach focused on building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. Kellie utilizes evidenced-based psychotherapeutic treatments to help clients achieve a reduction in symptoms and improve their overall wellness.
Additionally, Kellie has extensive experience and training in crisis intervention and critical incident stress management. Drawing upon this knowledge, Kellie partners with her clients to create trusting, supportive relationships that enhance strengths and interpersonal capabilities. Kellie provides individual, couples, family and group therapy in the areas of relapse prevention and grief/loss with adults and older adults. Kellie is a Medicare provider.
Monika currently provides individual and group therapy around issues surrounding substance abuse recovery, interpersonal conflicts, DBT skills, CBT skills, depression, and anxiety using a variety of modalities; including psychodynamic and narrative therapy, art therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, and gestalt therapy techniques. Monika also facilitates adult DBT Skills groups.
