About Dellem - Aviation Fuel Consultants Dellem, LLC was created with the purpose of providing the airlines and other operators of aircraft an expert source of technical and managerial assistance in: - Provide an aviation fuel department or supplement the client's existing fuel department to obtain and manage jet fuel requirements for the client to improve operations and reduce fuel costs.
