I became frustrated with the limited options presented to me and the tendency to consider everything "normal" just because lab results fell into a broad "normal range". I knew there had to be a different, more holistic approach to achieve health and wellness. When other areas of my personal and emotional life also began to fall apart, I began seeking help from conventional and alternative therapies.
