David Borrero has been passionate about real estate since he was a child and worked alongside his father to rehab rental properties in New York City. At 17 years old, he was able to purchase his first investment property by partnering with his brother Daniel. After graduating from the State University of New York at Brockport with a Bachelor of Science, he immediately began working towards his goal and opened his first business in September of 1985.
