About Dawson McDaniel Realty Inc. Former Lee County Commisioner, Dawson McDaniel, founded our company in the mid 1950's when he became a licensed Real Estate Broker. He served as Lee County Tax Collector from 1960 to 1980. After retiring from political service he incorporated the firm in 1982. Sharing his father's commitment to personal service, Dawson C. McDaniel began his real estate career when he received his Sales Associate license more than thirty years ago. He became an officer in the corporation in the mid 1990's when he received his Real Estate Brokers license, and now serves as President of our company. George Dawson McDaniel is the third generation Lee County native to be actively licensed as a sales associate with Dawson McDaniel Realty. Our founder, Dawson McDaniel, is a Lee County native who established a Real Estate business over 50 years ago. He understood the need to work with each client in a personal manner. Dawson McDaniel Realty Incorporated continues this legacy of professionalism, employing three generations of the McDaniel family who are all Lee County natives.
