About Davis Outdoors Davis Outdoors: Davis Outdoors was opened in 1998 as a division of Davis Clothing, founded in 1965. We are a family owned operation with the goal of offering the best customer service through knowledgeable staff and the best possible products through Carhartt Clothing and Wolverine Boots. Davis Outdoors will accept returns on products purchased from us within the past 30 days. Any return must be dated within 30 days of the original invoice date. All products must be in new condition with all factory tags still attached and garments cannot have been washed or worn. We will give you your choice of a credit with Davis Outdoors, an equal exchange or your money back. Returns of product that qualified for free shipping shall be credited for the amount of the purchase less the standard shipping charge.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.   Please call 270-488-2800 for a return authorization number (9:00 - 5:00 CST Monday - Friday or 9:00 - 4:00 CST on Saturday). Please enclose your name, invoice number, return authorization number, and if you would like a credit, exchange or your money back.
