Mr. David Lee received a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, the oldest law school in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1991 and graduated with honor. He also received a Bachelor of Science from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 1983 and an MBA degree from Shaanxi Institute of Technology in 1987. Mr. Lee is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and practiced in several law firms until in early 1993. He is specialized in immigration and naturalization and international trade law. From 1995 to 1999, Mrs. Zhang worked as a judicial clerk to a district court judge, a civil, county-level court in the City of Beijing. In 1999, she passed the certification examination for judgeship; and thus, from 1999 to 2003, served as a judge in that district. Since 2003, she has been in private practice at the law firm of Beijing Times-Highland Law Firm, a medium-sized firm specializing in Chinese commerce, corporation, international trade and finance law. In 2004, she passed the bar examination and became a licensed, practicing attorney in China.      David W. Lee, P.A. was formerly established by Attorney David W. Lee, and Laurie L. Taylor as Taylor, Lee and Associates in March 1993. A year later, when Attorney Laurie Taylor accepted a job offer as an in-house counsel for the United States House of Representatives, the law firm changed its name into David W. Lee, P.A.     For past 20 years, the law firm has devoted its legal services to local community with all kind of immigration needs.
