Juan is member of the National Association of Realtors®, and Miami Association of Realtors ®.  Darleen Hutchins is an estate agent with The Alex & Joe Team at One Sotheby’s International Realty.   Originally from upstate New York, Darleen has been a resident in South Florida since 2007.  She has over 9 years of experience in luxury sales and business development, with both fortune 500 and privately held international corporations.  Darleen’s ability  to negotiate contracts and her knowledge of the evolving South Florida market, seamlessly allows her to assist her clients in achieving their goals.   Outside of real estate, she is passionate about international travel, cooking, pilates, and spending time with her english bulldog, Dozer.  Darleen is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, and the Miami Association of Realtors ®
