While on my own, I developed a strong work ethic, independent spirit and love for helping people and animals.   When I first moved here I attended Daytona State College. I began working for the property management company of the apartment complex where I lived. Finding I had a niche for business I expanded my knowledge and career from leasing agent, to assistant manager, to assistant to CFO, to Marketing Director / HR Director. I was fortunate to work with an investor who at the time owned and managed the largest property management company in Volusia County. While working in the corporate office I was able to see the “big picture” and contributed in acquisitions, budgeting/financial statements, increasing occupancy %, target marketing and brand identity for the entire portfolio.   When I am not working, my husband Paul, son Jeremiah (and of course our four-legged family members!) and I, love to hook up our travel trailer and go explore the U.S!
