Dalton Realty was founded in California in 1926 and purchased by Dale Denson in 1965. This family owned company began as a full service real estate brokerage and evolved into a company focusing on real estate investment and management. As the company began to make real estate investments in Oregon, Dalton Management, Inc. opened an office in Portland, Oregon in 1985. The purpose of the Oregon operation was to provide tight, hands on management for its growing number of properties in Portland and Western Oregon.
