In 2013, Daigle Industries, LLC was formed by Ronnie and Vance Daigle as an independent trucking company to provide material haul services for R.J. Daigle & Sons. Daigle Industries has now expanded its operation to include material hauling services to outside parties in addition to handling the material haul requirements of R.J. Daigle & Sons. Daigle Industries recently formed a concrete division that will provide product and services to the Commercial industry market, residential developers, the Petro-Chemical industry, parishes and municipalities throughout Southeast Louisiana, and industrial customers. The company recognized the need for a better and more efficient manner in which to provide concrete services. Technology has come a long way and Daigle Industries wanted to capture the benefits of these advances. With the use of volumetric technology, each pour provides the specific quantity when you need it and in the exact design mix requested. The process is more efficient, considerably more versatile and provides a better return on investment than traditional drum mixing. The company set a goal of providing total control over concrete processing and passing the benefits along to our customers. Combined with the use of advanced GPS technology in the field, the Daigle Industries customer will always receive the very best concrete product, concrete services, and price. Ronnie serves as the President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of R.J. Daigle & Sons and Daigle Industries. He has worked for R.J. Daigle and Sons his entire life. In 2004, after 27 years at the helm, Ronnie’s Dad (RJ) retired and Ronnie, along with his brother Vance, took over. In the 13 years since the brothers took over, they have consistently grown the company and the scope of the business they do. Although the core of the business has remained the same since day one, Ronnie and Vance have spearheaded the implementation of innovative technology in the concrete industry, and have developed an amazing cold asphalt patch product that is rapidly becoming an industry standard. As a 20-year resident of Ascension Parish, Ronnie believes in giving back to his community. The LCIA promotes the interests of the chemical industry and related businesses by impacting the legislative process, as well as regulatory agencies, to promote a healthy, globally competitive and growing contractor and supplier community. LCIA provides firepower and leverage in areas like grassroots advocacy before legislative and regulatory bodies, fundraising for LAMP, the political action committee, and ongoing contact with state and federal elected officials.
