Victor landed in the Tucson and Nogales area in 1984, after his career in the Texas steel industry was cut short because of the crashing oil market. With a fondness for the Nogales community’s family values, honesty and integrity, he knew it was a place he wanted to create a business and help grow the community. Over the last two decades, he has built dozens of projects in the area and even stronger relationships because of his commitment to a job well done and being someone you’d want to work for. It has been his mission to develop Dager as a company their customers can count on, during the construction process and long after. If you were to ask Brett about what he is most proud of, it would be hands down his family. Aside from being a family man, Brett has been passionately working at Dager since 2000. With a love for the Nogales area, he enjoys working outside while paying the highest attention to detail, delivering quality work on each building.
