Become A Reseller Dacasso was born in 2003 when its founder and president, John Farrell, identified a strong market need for quality leather desk accessories existed, but was not yet being met. Dacasso quickly became the premier manufacturer of executive leather desk sets and conference room accessories. As Dacasso grew, more styles and products were designed to fulfill the needs of the consumer. It is this concept of growth and imagination that fuels Dacasso’s drive to create innovative products. Dacasso became, and remains, the chosen leather desk set and conference room accessory manufacturer. That’s right! Dacasso now uses the sun for more than just daylight. An investment was made to use solar power to reduce the company’s environmental impact while continuing to develop great products. Designed and installed by Solar Impact, Dacasso’s new solar powered system came online April 15, 2013. The system uses grid-tied solar panels capable of generating 32.2 KW of power in clear conditions. It was designed to generate each month the amount of power the company consumes, so as to remain energy neutral. Dacasso had a goal to streamline the internal invoicing process so as to provide an improved customer service experience. In 2013, Dacasso introduced an internal customer management software designed to reduce paper consumption. Customers receive paperless invoices and have a portal to access previous invoices if needed. The reduction of paper usage lowers the carbon output created by the Post Office. Decasso’s initiative to save paper and improve the invoicing process produced a win-win situation for the environment and customers. (“Dacasso”) warrants that Dacasso brand products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Dacasso will repair or replace with comparable products, at its option and free of charge, any product, part or component, which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. This warranty applies for one year from the date of sale and is valid only for the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Dacasso dealer. Dacasso Ltd. (“Dacasso”) extends the standard warranty for the placemat products from one to two years. Dacasso warrants that eligible products (extended warranty eligibility is listed on individual product pages under the specifications tab) are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Dacasso will repair or replace with comparable products, at its option and free of charge, any placemat, part or component, which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. This warranty applies for two years from the date of sale and is valid only for the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Dacasso dealer. Dacasso Ltd. (“Dacasso”) extends the standard warranty for the conference table pads from one to five years. Dacasso warrants that eligible products (extended warranty eligibility is listed on individual product pages under the specifications tab) are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Dacasso will repair or replace with comparable products, at its option and free of charge, any conference table pad, part or component, which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. This warranty applies for five years from the date of sale and is valid only for the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Dacasso dealer. These warranties do not apply to product failure resulting from: Failure to apply, install or maintain products according to published Dacasso instructions and guidelines Alteration or modification of the product THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE THE SOLE REMEDY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT, AND NO OTHER WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. DACASSO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT’S DEFECT. At Dacasso, we stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you or your customer are dissatisfied, simply call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the product can be returned without a restocking fee. To qualify for full credit without a restocking fee the returned product must meet the following conditions: All products must be repackaged inside the original retail packaging and in new condition. We will accept return of multiples of the same product if only one of the like items was opened. The opening of additional pieces of the same product will result in a 15% restocking fee for all remaining quantities.
