DSA provides a full range of instructional design consulting services and teaches instructional design though our comprehensive instructional design curriculum. Workshops on Needs Analysis, Instructional Design and Development, E-Learning Design, and Evaluation provide the skills necessary to meet each attendee’s specific job responsibilities. Jane Sink heads up the workshop business while Darryl concentrates on putting together world-class teams of instructional designers for the custom consulting side of the business. The synergy of practicing, as well as teaching, our craft, provides a one-stop DSA is both involved in e-learning projects, while continuing to design for more traditional delivery systems and media formats. DSA received the Outstanding Instructional Product of the Year Award from the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). This is the third time Dr. Sink has won this award from ISPI. Today DSA encourages customers to evaluate such adult learning strategies as cognitive apprenticeship, problem-based learning, goal-based scenarios, and real world authentic learning activities as the cornerstones of an efficient, effective, and appealing learning experience.
