Donna Sylvester is the Owner and Creative Director of D’Marie Fab Events, a party and event planning company. A native of New York, Donna loved the city life and the glamorous world of fashion. When she moved to Miami, she studied Fashion Merchandising in Miami, Florida where she worked on hundreds of fashion shows and has worked in the fashion offices at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. Being exposed to the fashion world, she wanted to incorporate the element of style and entertaining into one entity. She then went to work for a Public Relations Company where she worked on events for Tiffany’s, Salvatore Ferragamo and Macy’s. Her passion for entertaining and making everything fabulous went beyond clothing. She loves creating party themes for friends and family. For the past 10 years, she has been creating memorable occasions by paying attention to details in the invitations, décor, music and lighting. Home, family and friends are essential to Donna. “Entertaining is a way to bring everyone that matters to you together to celebrate a special part of your life”.  With that philosophy, she treats each event as a theatrical production and you are the star!
