After graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School, Damian continued his education at the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science and a Minor in Business Management. Working responsibly in leadership positions while a student at the University of Florida and working full-time, he gained the trust and respect of peers, co-workers, professors, and family. Damian's next move was to Birmingham, Alabama to apply his education to the working world. He worked with Doster Construction Company and expanded his range of experience, including that of project management.
