CG has experience in working on both small and large, industrial, commercial, multifamily and residential projects, having completed over 350 projects during the past 14 years.  CG has the expertise, manpower, equipment, and financial resources to take on any project in the Tampa Bay area with over 150 employees and $25,000,000 in bonding capacity.  CG has extensive experience in conceptual estimating and preconstruction services to assist contractors and developers with budgeting their projects. CG utilizes the AGTEK 4D and Planswift Software packages for its takeoffs to ensure accuracy on all projects. CG takes jobsite safety very seriously with an established safety program, full time Safety Manager and weekly safety meetings. All company superintendents and foremen are OSHA 10-hr certified.
