earned degrees in TV Production, Psychology and Journalism.                            technical experience includes audio/visual production and electronic troubleshooting.  She served  worked in a university setting for almost 20 years in client-based research, behavioral therapy, training and curriculum design. She trained in the private sector for many years teaching remote technical troubleshooting and customer service before starting her own business. Her 7 years as a Guardian ad Litem investigating child abuse and neglect, and later experience helping seniors navigate assistance programs, fueled her passion as an independent / interdependent living advocate. Cyn helps individuals and families with health and safety issues and service coordination as well as teaching methodical, technological, and mechanical aids to adapt to physical or aging challenges and foster autonomy.
