CymSTAR LLC is a HUBZone certified and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) established in 2003 to provide engineering and systems integration of newly developed or modified trainers. Prior to 2003, CymSTAR’s management and core staff worked at the US division of Thales Training & Simulation for seven plus years. CymSTAR Services LLC is a SDVOSB established as a sister company to CymSTAR, LLC in 2007 to provide competitive Training Systems Management, to include Training System Support Centers (TSSC), Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services, Aircrew Training Systems (ATS), Maintenance Training Systems (MTS), Ground-Based Tactical Training Systems, Pilot, Flight Engineer, and Loadmaster Instruction and other ancillary support services. CymSTAR LLC provides engineering reach-back and surge capability support. CymSTAR and CymSTAR Services share the same management, finances, accounting, human resources, and internal processes. Together, we have demonstrated proven skills in all facets of configuration management, change management, systems engineering, and program management specializing in all aspects of the training and simulation industry for both commercial and military flight-, sea-, and land-borne simulation systems: CymSTAR consistently performs at, or exceeds, our military and commercial airline customers’ expectations. The security plan focuses on risk factors and works to develop a persistent state of high enterprise cybersecurity readiness. The certification status of CymSTAR’s Cybersecurity workforce as described in DoD 8570.01-M is currently Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III. Following the IAW DoD 5220.22-M National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and the Defense Security System Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) V1.1, CymSTAR implements a Standard Practice Procedure (SPP) manual obligating all authorized personnel to safeguard Government-furnished and contract-developed materials and to apply these provisions within the training system program.
