About Us – Key Personnel at CVG Strategy Mrs. Gholston brings more than 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and operations from industries such as technology, consumer products and services, and logistics. Her contributions on workflow process improvement projects, training programs, and best practices at Sony Electronics, BAX Global, Capital One, and other small manufacturers are evident in her quest to help organizations with continual improvement. Having worked in various sales channels with tangible and service-oriented products, her diverse background enables her to provide a fresh perspective to clients on solutions. She has been certified by the Export Compliance Training Institute in both ITAR & EAR as an accredited Export Compliance Professional and manages CVG Strategy’s ITAR & Export Compliance Program. In addition, she is an Exemplar Global Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 13485:2016 with FDA QSR. Mrs. Gholston earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Pepperdine University – Graziadio School of Business and Management. His experience lends itself to practical solutions while he manages the Quality and Process Improvement disciplines for CVG Strategy. His training includes certification from Equipment Reliability Institute’s MIL-STD-810 Program as well as Export Compliance Training Institute ITAR accredited Export Compliance Professional. In addition, he is an Exemplar Global Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, AS9100C & ISO 13485:2016 with FDA QSR along with an AAR (Association of American Railroads) M-1003 QA Lead Auditor.
