After graduating from the University of Missouri School of Medicine, Dr. Knight did postgraduate training including an internship in general medicine and three years of residency training in dermatology at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. After an extensive career in human dermatology Dr. Knight attended and graduated from veterinary school at the Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in Massachusetts. He completed a year of general veterinary medicine internship at the same institution. Since completing his internship in veterinary medicine in 2000, Dr. Knight has been combining his interest in human dermatology (private practice) with his love of animals by working for the local SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) with a particular interest in veterinary dermatology. He saw a definite need in his patients, human and animal, for products that no other company was offering. The products that CutiCare™ offer are safe, effective, and economical for a broad range of skin conditions. I founded Cuticare Products, LLC with the specific goal of providing the mildest and most effective skin care products for patients with difficult skin conditions. We are committed to using the purest and most natural ingredients available, reducing our environmental impact by using recycled or recyclable packaging, and living up to our social responsibilities to our community and to our employees. All our products are manufactured in the United States, using domestic raw materials when available. We currently ship our products from our warehouse and distribution center in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. We will soon add a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to expand our product lines into liquid and gel OTC topical drug products, skin care products, and veterinary topical drug products. All CutiCare products are formulated specifically to contain only the ingredients needed for perfect performance without the oils or lanolin which can clog skin pores and make many skin conditions worse. Our products are able to treat difficult skin conditions by providing the maximum amount of active ingredients without the fragrances or fillers that can cause excessive irritation and drying of the skin.
