The founder’s passion for aviation began in childhood, furthered through his tenure in the Air Force where he gained substantial flight experience. Post-service, Bud Yerly focused on constructing and promoting sport aircraft, notably specializing in Europas, recognized for their exceptional cruising performance and economical operation. With degrees from Parks College in Aerospace Engineering and a Master's Degree in Business, Mr. Yerly has transitioned from his Air Force career to become the US agent for Europa Aircrafts, Airmaster Propellers, and numerous experimental aircraft engines, avionics, and equipment. His experience allows him to support customers effectively through bespoke builder support services. The company’s mission is centered on sharing profound knowledge and expertise to ensure clients can produce efficient and reliable aircraft. Their service excellence extends to their expansive facilities near Tampa, FL, featuring nearly 6,000 square feet including a dedicated assembly area. This enables catered assistance for kit-building needs, alongside direct client interaction due to the company's approach of handling one project at a time. Currently led by President Alan K. Yerly and Secretary Anita K. Yerly, Custom Flight Creations, Inc. remains committed to safe and efficient aircraft operations.
