Bud Yerly as a 5 year old always wanted to be and aeronautical engineer and build his own aircraft. After his career in the Air Force, he began looking and found the Europa was the finest flying sport aircraft hands down, with good cruise and excellent economy. He soon found that he enjoyed helping others build their dream aircraft. Soon he owned his own builder support buisiness and became the US Europa Aircraft Agent, Airmaster Propeller agent and dealer for many other experimental aircraft engines, avionics and equipment. Bud is a graduate of Parks College with a degree in Aerospace Engineering, and a Masters Degree in Business. In his Air Force career, he has accumulated 4000 hours of fighter and trainer time, and is an instrument, commercial and multi-engine pilot. As a supervisor, safety officer, functional test pilot, standardization pilot and maintenance liaison, he has learned what it takes for safe and efficient aircraft operations. In his spare time, he is also on the Board of Directors of EAA Chapter 175 of Tampa FL. and a volunteer at Sun ‘n Fun in Lakeland, Florida. Our Business Philosophy: The objective of our business is to provide you with the knowledge and expertise to allow you to produce a high quality aircraft which will give you efficient and reliable service. Currently we are nearing retirement age and have only a few family members who help out as we only take on one project at a time any longer. This allows me to directly interface with the client. A&Ps I trust are available should an annual be necessary for second hand owners needing such assistance. Our Company: We are a registered Florida Corporation doing business in the Seffner-Valrico comunities just East of Tampa Florida. Our shop includes nearly 6000 square feet of space and 2000 square feet of air conditioned and heated assembly area. We can cater to most of your kit-building needs. We are located 20 minutes from Lakeland’s Sun ‘n Fun Fly-In and ten minutes from Vandenberg and Plant City airports. Our flying aircraft are in the main hangar at Plant City Airport.
