Her creative nature and entrepreneurial spirit lead her to found CTV Media, Inc. in 1980. The company began as a local cable rep firm operating out of her home. Kathy is the sole owner of CTV Media and has grown the company into a multi-million dollar organization. The company, which is debt free and self supporting, continues to grow annually. Rebecca began her career with CTV Media in 1987. Her previous experience as an account executive with Time Warner Cable made her uniquely prepared for the position. While at Time Warner, she provided interactive data analysis to her clients. Over the years Rebecca has partnered with major advertising agencies from coast to coast to promote brands, products and services of countless varieties leading to numerous success stories.  She has helped clients in the banking, retail, fast food, political and home services arenas to achieve and surpass their goals though targeted television advertising.  With specialized experience in national co-op advertising programs, Rebecca provides clients with campaigns that get the absolute most out of their television advertising dollars utilizing all of the multi-platform technologies available. Pat began his career with CTV Media as a Sales Director in 1989 working with major advertising agencies and direct clients throughout the country.  He has specialized experience in spot cable and broadcast television. He is able to provide clients with integrated marketing campaigns including interactive media on a local, regional and national level. Pat also has extensive experience in developing  political cable advertising for both local and statewide campaigns. Pat is a member of the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, the Ad Sales Professionals and the Cincinnati Ad Club. He is a University of New Mexico graduate and holds a bachelors degree in University Studies with a focus in business and marketing. Chris Locke began her career with CTV Media in 1993 while attending The Ohio State University. Upon graduation in 1995, she accepted a position as an account representative and within a few years established herself as one of CTV’s top sales executives. During her tenure at CTV, Chris has continuously helped her clients grow their business and add new accounts. Her expertise in product development and branding combined with her outstanding marketing skills and attention to detail help her clients reach and surpass their advertising goals. Currently she services clients with large multi-market and coast-to-coast campaigns for national and international brands – many of which she helped develop. Chris takes pride in the numerous agencies and advertisers she has worked with for over 10 years. Liz has been part of the CTV Media team since 1987.  A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, she began her career with Wendy’s International, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, in the Marketing Department.  After seven years with Wendy’s, she joined CTV Media, and has been part of the development and continual growth of the company.  Under her umbrella are finance, contract management and human resources.  The incredible expansion of CTV Media over the years is what makes her role new and challenging every day. Kristie has been an integral part of the CTV team since 2007.  She is an expert in cross-platform, multi-market advertising campaigns and enjoys working with clients to design media programs using every cost-effective avenue available to reach their target market.  Her attention to detail is amazing (we believe she could find a specific blade of hay in a hay stack) and her meticulous and intuitive nature helps her find and fit all of the media puzzle pieces together in order to reach and surpass client goals. Kristie graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  When not at CTV, you can usually find her at home helping her daughters with homework, walking her two dogs, or calmly letting her husband win at Call of Duty when everyone else is asleep. Anthony is a regional advertising sales expert and has been  with CTV Media since 2011.  He brings more than 18 years of diverse experience in sales and business development, growing his client’s business and meeting their advertising and marketing objectives. Anthony joined CTV Media from IDEARC where he most recently served as a Marketing Consultant providing his expertise in digital, direct mail and Yellow Page advertising. Beginning his media career in 1997 with Time Warner Cable, Anthony played a key role in developing and growing local business in the Columbus, Ohio market for 12 years.  He attributes much of his success to understanding his client’s business and advertising goals.  Anthony's clients consider him an extension of their company due to his consultative nature and drive to find solutions. Lori joined the CTV Media team in September 2012.  Her previous experience in upper level management and marketing at The Staubach Company and HER Real Living has been instrumental in her success  in managing and growing  relationships.  Lori plays a key role in supporting the sales team at CTV.  With her expertise, a new website was implemented giving CTV a fresh look.  She has built graphically appealing marketing products to promote CTV’s capabilities. Her strength is not only in design, but her comprehensive organizational skills have resulted in growth in revenues. She understands how to motivate and manage the sales staff. Lori is a graduate of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business where she studied business administration and marketing.  She has worked with various companies in New York City and Columbus, OH.  She is a certified yoga instructor for children and adults and loves practicing herself. She was deeply involved in promoting yoga to under privileged youth through a local charity. Lori also enjoys being outdoors, cooking  and spending time with her husband, son and daughter.
