Mission & Philosophy Since 1981, the companies of THE CT GROUP (CTG) have provided quality asset and property management services for owners of affordable/moderate income rental housing. In addition to long term management contracts for both conventionally financed and subsidized housing, CTG has served as a interim manager to reposition troubled and under performing multifamily properties prior to sale by owners or lenders. The companies also have extensive experience managing commercial and mixed-use properties for owners with short or long-term holding period objectives.
