David has over 30 years of experience in external and internal consulting working with all levels of personnel within every functional area of businesses in the construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution and healthcare industries. Prior to joining CSS, David was the Vice President of Business Systems at Skanska USA, one of the world’s largest construction groups. At Skanska, he pioneered the effort to integrate on-premise with Oracle Cloud solutions and the implementation of best practices across all business functions. David has a track record of dramatically increasing revenues using advanced technology and best practices. Today, he serves as the Vice President of EPM at CSS and works with large organizations to modernize their financial processes and help reduce costs for key finance processes while improving speed, accuracy, and control. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems and a Masters of Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
