Robinson and his teams provide leadership to a workforce of over 3,000 team members globally… As Chief Operating Officer, Phil Emma leads the company’s operations organization, which includes all branch management as well as our certified technicians and collections professionals. Emma joined CSC ServiceWorks in in 2014 as part of the Mac-Gray acquisition where he played a major role in the sale and integration as a member of Mac-Gray’s leadership team… Jay Epstein serves as the Chief Financial Officer of CSC ServiceWorks, leading financial strategy, accounting, treasury, information technology, and corporate financial reporting.
