Kelly Weston has always been passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. After experiencing cancer in her family, she began to take a closer look at the toxins in her environment and was horrified by the potentially harmful ingredients she found in her daily beauty routine. She began looking for safer cosmetic options only to be disappointed by their performance and frustrated by misleading marketing. Kelly believes women deserve quality products that perform, without comprising their health. When it comes to ingredients, we're a bit choosey. Crunchi products are made with a combination of safe, certified-organic, and EcoCert ingredients. Utilizing years of compiled, evidence-based research and safety data, we have thoughtfully selected ingredients that will not put your health at risk. While the majority of the ingredients used in Crunchi products are natural, we have infused a handful of strategically selected synthetic ingredients with substantial safety data, in order to boost performance, efficacy and longevity. Many of our products are made with certified organic ingredients! When it comes to packaging, we use as little as possible to help reduce waste. Packaging was mindfully selected to minimize environmental impact and reduce risk of chemical contamination of cosmetic from packaging. Where possible we have selected glass and paper packaging for Crunchi products, however, it is not feasible to avoid plastic completely. 100% of the plastic used to package Crunchi products is phthalate and BPA free. The kettles that are used to heat and mix the cosmetics are stainless steel. We carefully select each and every ingredient that goes into our products. Does not contain ingredients derived from any animal or animal bi-product. When you see this badge, you know that product is vegetarian. 100% of Crunchi products are either vegan or vegetarian. The foundation, concealer, mascara, lipgloss and lipstick are considered vegetarian due to the use of the ingredient, organic beeswax. Beeswax is technically an insect bi-product and therefore cannot be declared vegan. The beeswax used in our products is 100% organic and sourced humanely. Absolutely no bees were harmed in the sourcing of the beeswax. It is also highly filtered so any naturally occurring bee parts have been removed before use in our cosmetics. We love animals & that our products are cruelty free, and now you will too. Products were not tested on animals and no animals were harmed at any point during the production or development of these products. Products with this badge are made with ingredients that are gluten free. At this time our entire product line is formulated to be gluten free to accommodate individuals with Products were manufactured in the U.S.A. Products with this badge are made with ingredients considered certifiably free of genetically modified material. Cosmetics you can feel good about. Every Crunchi product is toxin free! Based on available research, to the best of our knowledge the ingredients in these products do not contain harmful toxins. At this time there is no standardized definition for the term “toxin-free”. However, Crunchi has defined toxin-free as the following: A product is considered toxin-free if it does not contain any ingredients known to cause harm or health hazard based on available ingredient data and research. Each ingredient has been carefully selected and is free from our documented black list. Many ingredients don't make the cut with our products. When it comes to toxic ingredients, we have researched, done our homework, and we never compromise. We want to make sure our consumers are educated on the harmful and toxic ingredients that are used in many products. We want to make it easier for you to understand and spot them.
