First, I would like to say thank you for taking an interest in learning more about CrossView Mortgage. I am honored and humbled to serve as the Principal Mortgage Broker of CrossView Mortgage. We are an organization focused on helping our community members achieve the dream of homeownership one mortgage at time. I am a proud North Florida native and graduate of the University of North Florida with two Bachelor’s degrees. After graduating from UNF, I started a career with a large corporate multi-billion dollar organization in Jacksonville, FL. A few years later I went on to accept various financial roles with other multi-billion dollar corporations in the Jacksonville, FL area. Eventually I was introduced to the mortgage industry through a long-time friend and business mentor. From there, I fell in love being an integral part of clients becoming new home owners or achieving their financial goals through refinancing success. I obtained over 25 separate state mortgage licenses to assist new clients all across the country. After a market downturn in the refinance volume I took a temporary short break from being a workaholic. Then a few months later God call me to open CrossView Mortgage. Our focus is different, we put People before Profits!! Our specialty is working on VA loans for Veterans and FHA loans for First Time Home Buyers, although we have many other products including commercial lines of business. It is truly my pleasure to educate clients and fight for them to have best financial package possible when crunching the numbers of achieving home ownership through lending. Our first year in production we achieved a 93% overall customer satisfaction rating and ended the year at 94% customer satisfaction. We work very hard to maintain that level of service at CrossView Mortgage. When I am not helping families or training our expert team, I enjoy spending time with my Pomeranian Chompers, my King Charles Cavalier Bella Brie, and two cats Tanga/Norah. I also love the beautiful coastline and beaches of Florida. I am known to enjoy social activities with friends and family including a good game of cards.
