Incorporated in 2003, Crosstown Surveyors, Inc. started out as a 2-man operation. Created primarily to perform surveys for the residential market place, Crosstown Surveyors, Inc. quickly became a name people could trust by providing fast service and a high quality survey. Working 7 days a week, 12 to 18 hours a day, the company soon broadened their scope of services to include commercial surveys as well as construction layout. The steady growth in the mortgage and commercial markets has allowed Crosstown Surveyors to expand their personnel to include a full office staff as well as experienced field technicians, allowing Crosstown Surveyors to continue to bring a higher level of customer service to their clients. As a member of the Florida Society of Mappers and Surveyors (FSMS), and its local chapter Florida Society of Mappers and Surveyors – Tampa Bay, Crosstown Surveyors, Inc. supports the Certified Survey Technician (CST) Program sponsored by the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) and the American Congress on Surveying & Mapping (ASCM). In addition to state of the art equipment and software, the company also believes that an educated staff is also important to the success of Crosstown Surveyors, Inc. and therefore requires all personnel to join to the CST program.
